Oak Crest exemplifies the very best in customer service. We believe in providing options and encouraging personal choice.

The caring programs that are offered represent the utmost in dignity, creativity and integrity.

Our philosophy is simple: treat each person as you would your own parent or grandparent: caring for the individuals needs and respecting their preferences.

With this goal in mind we acknowledge that choosing a new home can be a very complicated and difficult decision.

Hope Cottage Memory Center is located on the southwest corner of the campus. The newest addition to our family is a quaint little house nestled among trees and flowers with a welcoming patio. The little cottage named Hope for several reasons: First it is situated on the Hope Court: Secondly, and of most importance, it is the Hope that lies within. Outfitted with a comfortable gathering room, an inspiration room with library and an artists studio this is the place to find your lost self. Open for programs dealing with memory loss and motivation the Hope Cottage is the frontrunner of concepts to energize older adults by stimulating memory function and cultivating pleasure.

Adults experiencing short and long term memory loss can enroll in a daily program that is designed to offer support and encouragement. Daily programming is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Transportation provided.
