The Board of Directors of Oak Crest are the policy making arm of the organization and all volunteer citizens by bringing a level of expertise from all walks of life. The board delegates the policies for the day to day operation of the organization to the executive director.

A volunteer Advisory Group works with key staff to review and help implement new initiatives for the organization.

An Auxiliary Group composed of friends of the organization and family members donate their time to help make special events special and provide the man power needed to travel to locations beyond the campus.
