Our job is to make you feel safe and comfortable.

“My Mother was a resident at Oak Crest for 3 years until she passed away at 95 and the care and kindness from the staff was wonderful. The decision to move her into Oak Crest helped not only her but made such a difference in all our lives. It was comforting to know she had people around her and there were activities to be involved in. It is truly a loving environment and I would recommend it wholeheartedly.”

Working together

Family Partnership

The core partnership we encourage with those we serve is based on honoring personal choices. Our goal is to design a lifestyle to fit your unique circumstances then work together to make that goal a reality. Families and staff create a unique bond to achieve goals that improve life. Sometimes simple changes in perspective can spark new insights.

We solve problems with creative solutions. Kelly in his book Creative Confidence asked “ are you making a connection or just making contact?:’  We strive to make that connection with our families and members by looking for points of frustration or opportunities for improvement; then by combining both emotionally meaningful as well as functional solutions, we create a connection. We set aside preconceived ideas and look for truths; we look to see what is needed and what is not.

Mindful Sharing

We search for ways to improve the life and wellbeing of our members. Our small size fosters great relationships with our members. Understanding habits and preferences of each person are all part of the program. We respect you and how you want to live your life.
